IT infrastructure roots
Managed IT systems, computer labs, and smart classrooms at a large school. Identified the real cost of manual operations firsthand.

WhatsApp bots & portals
Developed first WhatsApp bots for parent communication and fee tracking. First ERP portal deployed to a live school environment.
